Starting a company in Dubai can be an exciting opportunity, but choosing the right business structure, license, jurisdiction, office arrangement, visa strategy, and compliance setup can quickly become complicated.

For entrepreneurs, investors, freelancers, international founders and established companies entering the UAE, a professional business setup consultant can simplify the process. Depending on your requirements, a consultant may assist with business activity selection, company formation, trade license applications, document preparation, government procedures, visa coordination, corporate banking support, and ongoing compliance.

However, not every consultancy provides the same level of expertise or service.

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai: How to Choose the Right Partner.

If you are searching for the best business setup consultants in Dubai, the most important question should not simply be, “Who offers the cheapest package?”

A better question is:

Which business setup company understands my business model and can recommend the right structure for my long-term commercial goals?

The right consultant should help you understand your options rather than simply sell you a licence package. This includes explaining the differences between mainland and free zone companies, identifying the appropriate business activity, estimating the complete setup cost, explaining visa and office requirements, and helping you plan for ongoing obligations.

This comprehensive guide explains what to look for when choosing business setup services in Dubai, how mainland and free zone structures differ, what company formation costs may include, how PRO services can support your business and which common mistakes entrepreneurs should avoid.

What Does a Business Setup Consultant in Dubai Do?

A business setup consultant helps entrepreneurs and companies navigate the administrative, licensing and regulatory steps involved in establishing a business in the UAE.

The exact scope of services depends on the provider, jurisdiction and nature of your business. However, professional business setup services may include:

  • Business activity selection
  • Mainland or free zone comparison
  • Legal structure guidance
  • Trade name reservation
  • Initial approval assistance
  • Business licence application support
  • Incorporation and document processing
  • Office and business address guidance
  • Establishment and immigration procedures
  • Investor and employment visa assistance
  • Emirates ID-related support
  • Corporate bank account guidance
  • Tax registration guidance
  • Accounting and bookkeeping services
  • Licence renewal assistance
  • PRO services
  • Ongoing corporate compliance support

The exact requirements depend on your business activity, ownership structure, legal form, and chosen jurisdiction.

For this reason, choosing a consultant before deciding on a licence can be valuable. A good advisor should first understand your business and then recommend an appropriate setup instead of trying to fit your requirements into a standard package.

Why Choosing the Right Consultant Matters

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

Business formation is more than an administrative exercise.

The decisions made during incorporation can influence your operating costs, ability to conduct business, office requirements, staffing, visa eligibility, banking options, tax obligations and future expansion.

A consultant who simply provides a price list may not be giving you enough information to make an informed decision.

Before recommending a setup, a capable business setup consultant should understand:

  • What products or services your company will offer
  • Where your customers are located
  • Whether you intend to trade within the UAE or internationally
  • Whether you require employees or investor visas
  • Whether your business needs physical premises
  • Whether you plan to import or export goods
  • Whether your activity requires specialised approvals
  • Your expected turnover and operating model
  • Your preferred ownership structure
  • Your short-term and long-term expansion plans

Only after understanding these factors can a consultant provide meaningful recommendations.

For example, a technology startup serving international clients may have very different requirements from a retail company selling directly to consumers in Dubai. Similarly, a consultancy, e-commerce company, general trading business and regulated professional activity may require different licences and approvals.

The right setup should therefore be based on the business model, not simply the lowest advertised incorporation price.

Mainland vs Free Zone: Which Is Better for Your Business?

There is no single “best” jurisdiction for every company.

The appropriate option depends on your business activity, customers, operational requirements, office needs, ownership structure and future plans.

Dubai Mainland Company

A mainland company is licensed to conduct permitted business activities within Dubai’s wider commercial market under the applicable regulatory framework.

A mainland setup may be particularly suitable for businesses that intend to:

  • Serve customers throughout the UAE
  • Establish a commercial presence in Dubai
  • Operate from physical premises
  • Work extensively with UAE-based clients
  • Build a larger local workforce
  • Expand their operations within the UAE
  • Participate in commercial activities suited to a mainland structure

Foreign ownership is available for many business activities, although the precise requirements depend on the activity, legal structure and applicable regulations.

The appropriate licence category is also determined by what the business actually intends to do.

A business should therefore confirm its activity and licensing requirements before deciding that mainland is automatically the better option.

Dubai Free Zone Company

Dubai has numerous free zones serving different industries, business models and investor requirements.

A free zone company can be attractive to businesses that value:

  • Industry-specific infrastructure
  • Specialised business ecosystems
  • International trading opportunities
  • Flexible company formation packages
  • Foreign ownership options
  • Startup-oriented solutions
  • Flexible office arrangements
  • Sector-specific facilities

However, entrepreneurs should understand the practical limitations of the free zone they select.

A free zone company should not automatically be assumed to have unrestricted access to every part of the UAE mainland market. Depending on the activity and circumstances, additional arrangements, approvals, licences or local-market requirements may apply.

This is one of the areas where experienced business setup consultants in Dubai can provide useful guidance.

Which Jurisdiction Should You Choose?

The answer should be based on your actual business requirements.

A consultant should be able to explain:

  • Why the proposed jurisdiction suits your activity
  • Where the company can conduct business
  • What office arrangements are available
  • How visa eligibility works
  • What the renewal costs may be
  • Whether external approvals are required
  • How the setup may affect banking
  • What tax and accounting considerations apply
  • What limitations may exist
  • Whether the structure remains suitable as your business grows

A strong consultant should also be willing to explain the disadvantages of the option they recommend.

What Makes the Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai?

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

When comparing consultants, look beyond marketing claims, discounted packages and promises of exceptionally fast incorporation.

The quality of the process is often more important than the headline price.

1. They Understand Your Business Activity

A reputable consultant should ask detailed questions before recommending a licence.

Consultancy, trading, technology, e-commerce, professional services, manufacturing and specialised activities can have very different licensing requirements.

If a consultant immediately recommends a package without asking what your company actually does, this should be treated cautiously.

Your selected activity should accurately reflect your intended operations.

2. They Explain Mainland and Free Zone Options Clearly

You should receive an understandable comparison instead of being pushed toward whichever package is easiest for the provider to sell.

Ask the consultant to explain:

  • Why the jurisdiction is suitable
  • Which activities are permitted
  • Where you can conduct business
  • Office requirements
  • Visa eligibility
  • Renewal expenses
  • Regulatory approvals
  • Banking considerations
  • Tax and accounting implications
  • Expansion possibilities

The recommendation should be based on your circumstances.

3. They Provide Transparent Pricing

An advertised company formation price is not necessarily the final cost.

Before signing an agreement, request a written quotation covering:

  • Initial licensing fees
  • Registration charges
  • Government and authority fees
  • Professional service charges
  • Immigration-related costs
  • Office or flexi-desk costs
  • Establishment charges
  • Visa costs
  • Medical examination expenses
  • Emirates ID-related costs
  • Renewal fees
  • Accounting services
  • Tax services
  • Additional approval charges

A low-cost advertised package can become considerably more expensive when essential services are added later.

4. They Understand Compliance

Company formation is only the beginning.

Businesses may have continuing responsibilities involving licensing, accounting, tax, record keeping, employee documentation and other regulatory requirements.

A reliable consultant should explain which obligations are likely to apply to your company and when they need to be addressed.

Be particularly cautious about claims that a particular company structure automatically means your business will have no tax or compliance obligations.

Tax treatment and compliance requirements depend on the circumstances of the business.

5. They Offer Support After Incorporation

A company formation provider can be helpful during the initial setup, but ongoing support may be even more valuable.

Depending on your requirements, look for assistance with:

  • Licence renewals
  • Visa renewals
  • Tax registration
  • VAT registration where applicable
  • Accounting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Corporate documentation
  • Payroll administration
  • Compliance deadlines
  • Business amendments
  • Expansion and restructuring

Ideally, your consultant should be capable of supporting your company beyond the day the business licence is issued.

Business Setup Services in Dubai: What Is Included?

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

Professional business setup services in Dubai can cover different stages of establishing and operating a company.

The exact package varies by provider, but a comprehensive service may include:

Business Activity Selection

The first stage is understanding what your company will actually do.

The selected activity can influence the licence category, regulatory authority, external approvals, premises requirements and permitted operations.

Jurisdiction Selection

The consultant may compare mainland and relevant free zone options according to your business model, customer base, ownership requirements and operational plans.

Legal Structure Guidance

The appropriate legal form depends on factors such as ownership, activity, jurisdiction and intended operations.

Trade Name Assistance

Your proposed business name must meet applicable naming requirements and be available for registration.

Initial Approvals

Some activities require approvals before the business licence can be issued.

Licence Processing

The consultant may coordinate the application, documentation and submission process with the relevant authority.

Office and Workspace Guidance

Office requirements vary according to the licence, jurisdiction and activity. Some businesses may have flexible workspace options, while others may require dedicated premises.

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

Immigration and Visa Support

Businesses may require investor, partner or employee visas. The number and type of visas available can depend on factors including the company structure and office arrangement.

Corporate Banking Assistance

A consultant may help prepare documents and coordinate a corporate bank account application, although final approval remains with the bank.

Tax and Accounting Guidance

Businesses should understand applicable tax registration, accounting and reporting obligations from the beginning rather than treating them as an afterthought.

A Step-by-Step Business Setup Process in Dubai

Although the exact procedure varies according to the jurisdiction, business activity and legal structure, a typical business formation journey can involve several stages.

Step 1: Define Your Business Model

Start by clearly identifying what your company will sell or provide.

Consider:

  • Products or services
  • Target customers
  • Geographic markets
  • Expected turnover
  • Number of shareholders
  • Employee requirements
  • Office requirements
  • Import and export plans
  • Long-term expansion

This information provides the foundation for the rest of the setup process.

Step 2: Select the Business Activity

Choose an activity that accurately reflects your intended operations.

The activity can influence the licence, approvals, premises requirements and regulatory obligations.

Starting with a cheap licence and trying to adapt the business around it later can create unnecessary complications.

Step 3: Choose the Jurisdiction

Compare mainland and suitable free zone options.

Consider:

  • Target market
  • Customer location
  • Business activity
  • Office requirements
  • Number of employees
  • Visa needs
  • Import and export requirements
  • Banking considerations
  • Ownership
  • Future expansion

Step 4: Select the Legal Structure

Choose a legal form that corresponds with the activity, ownership structure and selected jurisdiction.

This decision can affect shareholder arrangements, management, documentation, liability and regulatory obligations.

Step 5: Reserve the Trade Name

The proposed company name must comply with applicable naming rules and be available for registration.

The name should also make sense from a long-term branding perspective.

Step 6: Obtain Initial Approvals

Certain businesses require approval from government departments or specialised regulatory authorities.

These requirements should be identified before the application process begins.

Step 7: Prepare the Required Documents

Depending on the structure and jurisdiction, documentation may include:

  • Passport copies
  • Identification information
  • Application forms
  • Shareholder details
  • Manager or director information
  • Corporate documents
  • Business plans for certain activities
  • Office or tenancy documents
  • Professional qualifications
  • External approvals

Documents issued outside the UAE may require authentication or certification depending on the circumstances.

Step 8: Secure Business Premises

Office requirements vary significantly.

Some jurisdictions offer flexible workspace solutions, while certain activities may require dedicated commercial premises or specialised facilities.

Confirm these requirements before selecting a package.

Step 9: Obtain the Business Licence

Once the applicable requirements, approvals and documentation have been completed, the relevant authority can issue the business licence.

The business can then proceed with the applicable post-licensing procedures.

Step 10: Complete Immigration and Visa Procedures

If required, the company can proceed with investor, partner and employee immigration procedures.

Visa availability can depend on the company structure, office arrangements and applicable rules.

Step 11: Establish Business Operations

After incorporation, the company may need to:

  • Open a corporate bank account
  • Establish accounting systems
  • Arrange insurance
  • Recruit employees
  • Set up payroll
  • Prepare contracts
  • Implement compliance procedures
  • Establish invoicing and record-keeping systems

Company formation should therefore be viewed as the beginning of the business journey rather than the final step.

Why PRO Services Matter for Dubai Businesses

Business setup is only the beginning of running a company in the UAE.

After incorporation, business owners often need assistance with government documentation, visa applications, renewals, employee-related procedures, immigration matters, and other administrative transactions.

This is where PRO services in Dubai can become particularly useful.

PRO generally refers to Public Relations Officer services. In the UAE business environment, PRO services commonly involve assisting companies with government-related documentation, applications, renewals, immigration procedures, employee processes and official transactions.

For growing businesses, outsourcing these responsibilities can reduce administrative pressure and allow management to focus on commercial priorities.

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

What Are PRO Services in Dubai?

Depending on the provider and company requirements, professional PRO services may include:

  • Company licence renewal assistance
  • Government document processing
  • Immigration and establishment procedures
  • Visa applications and renewals
  • Employee work permit-related procedures
  • Emirates ID-related administrative assistance
  • Document submission and collection
  • Company amendments
  • Government form preparation
  • Corporate document attestation coordination
  • Establishment and immigration file support
  • Government approval coordination
  • Labour-related administrative procedures
  • Company closure and cancellation assistance

The exact requirements depend on the company’s jurisdiction, activity, shareholders, employees and relevant government authorities.

Benefits of Professional PRO Services

Managing government procedures internally can take considerable time, particularly for business owners unfamiliar with UAE administrative processes.

Save Valuable Business Time

Entrepreneurs should be able to focus on products, customers, employees and revenue rather than spending unnecessary time on routine government procedures.

Delegating administrative tasks can allow management to concentrate on higher-value activities.

Reduce Administrative Errors

Government applications can require specific documents, forms, signatures and supporting information.

An experienced PRO team can review requirements before submission and help reduce avoidable errors.

Keep Track of Renewals

Business licences, visas, permits and other documents may have different renewal dates.

Missing an important deadline can lead to additional costs or administrative complications.

A structured PRO service can help businesses monitor these obligations.

Improve Operational Efficiency

Instead of sending employees to different government departments or spending hours trying to understand separate procedures, businesses can centralise administrative support through a dedicated provider.

Business Setup and PRO Services Under One Roof

Using one provider for company formation and ongoing PRO services can make administration more convenient.

The business setup team may already understand your company structure, shareholders, licence and incorporation documents. Once the company has been established, the same provider can potentially continue assisting with government-related requirements.

This creates continuity between initial setup and ongoing administration.

During formation, you may need:

  • Business activity selection
  • Trade name assistance
  • Initial approvals
  • Incorporation support
  • Licence processing
  • Establishment procedures
  • Investor or employee visa assistance
  • Government documentation

After incorporation, you may require:

  • Licence renewals
  • Visa renewals
  • Employee-related government procedures
  • Document amendments
  • Government approvals
  • Corporate document processing
  • Company changes
  • Restructuring support

Having one experienced team manage multiple stages can simplify communication and reduce administrative friction.

How to Choose the Best Business Setup Company in Dubai

The phrase “best business setup company in Dubai” should not simply mean the company offering the lowest advertised price.

Instead, evaluate the provider according to expertise, transparency, service quality, communication and long-term support.

Look for Transparent Pricing

Request a detailed quotation showing what is included and excluded.

A professional quotation should clearly identify:

  • Government and authority fees
  • Professional service charges
  • Licence-related costs
  • Visa expenses
  • Office or workspace costs
  • Additional approval fees
  • Renewal charges
  • Optional services
  • Accounting and tax services

Be cautious when an unusually low headline price does not clearly explain the complete cost.

Check Industry Experience

Different industries can have different licensing and approval requirements.

A consultant with experience across multiple sectors is better positioned to identify potential complications before the application begins.

Ask whether they have handled businesses similar to yours.

Assess Communication

Good communication matters throughout company formation.

Your consultant should be able to explain the process in straightforward language, answer questions, provide realistic expectations and keep you informed about important developments.

Consider After-Setup Support

A company formation provider that stops communicating immediately after issuing your licence may not provide the long-term value your business needs.

Ask whether they can assist with:

  • Renewals
  • Visas
  • Amendments
  • PRO requirements
  • Accounting
  • Tax compliance
  • Corporate administration

Look for a Tailored Approach

Every company is different.

A technology startup, consultancy, restaurant, trading company, logistics business, e-commerce company and professional services firm may have very different requirements.

A strong provider should understand your business before recommending a jurisdiction or package.

How Much Does It Cost to Set Up a Business in Dubai?

There is no single fixed price for establishing a company in Dubai.

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

The total cost can depend on:

  • Business activity
  • Mainland or free zone jurisdiction
  • Licence category
  • Legal structure
  • Number of shareholders
  • Office requirements
  • Number of visas
  • Government and registration fees
  • Immigration expenses
  • External regulatory approvals
  • Accounting requirements
  • Tax and compliance services
  • Professional consultancy fees

This is why advertisements promising that every business can be established for one fixed price should be evaluated carefully.

A better approach is to request a complete first-year cost estimate, followed by a separate estimate for annual renewal and ongoing compliance.

This provides a more realistic understanding of the investment required to establish and maintain the company.

Look Beyond the Initial Licence Price

When comparing company formation packages, ask for a complete breakdown covering:

  • Government and registration fees
  • Licence issuance
  • Office or workspace costs
  • Establishment and immigration charges
  • Visa expenses
  • Additional regulatory approvals
  • Renewal fees
  • Accounting and tax compliance
  • Corporate banking assistance
  • Professional service charges

The cheapest initial package is not necessarily the cheapest solution over several years.

Business Banking and Financial Compliance

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

Obtaining a business licence is only one part of establishing an operational company.

Many businesses also require a corporate bank account and appropriate accounting systems.

Banks conduct their own due diligence and may request information about:

  • Shareholders
  • Directors and managers
  • Business activities
  • Expected transactions
  • Source of funds
  • Customer markets
  • Commercial contracts
  • Company documentation

Obtaining a business licence does not automatically guarantee corporate bank account approval.

The final decision belongs to the bank and is subject to its internal compliance and risk assessment procedures.

Tax and Accounting Considerations

Businesses should also understand their UAE tax obligations from the beginning.

The UAE corporate tax framework applies to businesses that meet the relevant conditions, while specific rules may apply to qualifying free zone businesses.

Tax treatment can depend on factors including:

  • Business activity
  • Income
  • Corporate structure
  • Jurisdiction
  • Customer location
  • Nature of transactions
  • Applicable tax rules

Businesses should obtain appropriate professional tax advice instead of relying on generic statements such as “Dubai has zero tax.”

Common Business Setup Mistakes to Avoid in Dubai

Choosing the right consultant is partly about finding someone who can help you avoid unnecessary mistakes.

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

Choosing a Licence Based Only on Price

The cheapest package may not support your intended activities or future plans.

A lower initial price can become more expensive if the structure requires changes later.

Selecting the Wrong Business Activity

Your actual operations should correspond with your licensed activities.

Before starting commercial operations, confirm exactly what the licence permits.

Selecting a Free Zone Solely Because It Is Cheap

The lowest-cost free zone is not automatically the most appropriate.

Consider customers, business activities, office requirements, visa needs, banking and expansion plans.

Ignoring Renewal Costs

Always compare the initial setup cost with the expected recurring annual cost.

A package that appears inexpensive in the first year may become significantly more expensive at renewal.

Ignoring Office Requirements

Do not assume every company can operate indefinitely using a virtual office or flexi-desk.

Requirements vary according to the activity, licence and jurisdiction.

Assuming Ownership Solves Every Other Issue

Foreign ownership is an important consideration, but it is only one part of company formation.

Your business activity, jurisdiction, premises, approvals, visas, banking and operating model still matter.

Treating Tax as an Afterthought

Tax and accounting considerations should be included in your initial planning.

Waiting until the company is already operating can make compliance more difficult.

Assuming Every Free Zone Works for Every Business

Free zones differ in:

  • Permitted activities
  • Facilities
  • Regulations
  • Office requirements
  • Costs
  • Visa arrangements
  • Business ecosystems
  • Operational models

The best free zone for one business may be unsuitable for another.

Treating Bank Account Opening as Automatic

A company licence does not guarantee bank account approval.

Banks perform their own due diligence and may assess the business model, ownership, source of funds and expected transactions.

Choosing a Consultant Based Only on Online Reviews

Reviews can be useful, but they should not be your only selection criterion.

Also consider:

  • Relevant experience
  • Transparent pricing
  • Regulatory knowledge
  • Documentation quality
  • Communication
  • Aftercare
  • Business presence
  • Industry knowledge

A Practical Checklist for Comparing Business Setup Consultants

Before choosing a provider, compare companies using the following criteria:

  • Relevant experience: Have they worked with businesses similar to yours?
  • Business activity knowledge: Can they identify the appropriate activity and licence?
  • Jurisdiction expertise: Can they explain mainland and suitable free zone alternatives?
  • Pricing: Is the quotation itemised?
  • Government fees: Are official charges clearly separated?
  • Compliance: Do they explain tax, licensing and renewal obligations?
  • Communication: Can you reach someone when you need assistance?
  • Documentation: Do they clearly explain what information you must provide?
  • Aftercare: Do they provide support after incorporation?
  • PRO services: Can they handle ongoing government and administrative procedures?
  • Specialist approvals: Can they identify potential regulatory requirements?
  • Reputation: Can you verify their business presence and client experience?
  • Long-term suitability: Does the recommendation make sense if your company grows?

The best consultant is usually the one that provides the clearest and most relevant advice, rather than the one offering the lowest headline price.

Questions to Ask Before Hiring a Dubai Business Setup Consultant

Before signing an agreement, ask practical questions that help you understand both the setup and the long-term relationship.

Which jurisdiction do you recommend and why?

A credible consultant should explain the reasoning behind the recommendation instead of simply naming a free zone or package.

What business activity should I select?

The answer should be based on what your company actually intends to do.

What is included in your quoted price?

Ask for government fees, authority charges, consultant fees and optional services to be clearly separated.

What will I pay when I renew?

A low first-year price can be misleading if annual renewal expenses are significantly higher.

Does my activity require additional approvals?

Certain industries and professional activities may require approval from specialised authorities.

How many visas can my company obtain?

Visa eligibility can depend on company structure, office space and applicable authority requirements.

What are my office requirements?

Do not assume that every business can operate from the same type of workspace.

Will you assist with tax registration and compliance?

If yes, establish whether the service is included or charged separately.

What PRO services are available after incorporation?

Find out whether the provider can support visas, renewals, amendments, government documentation and other administrative procedures.

What happens after my company is incorporated?

This question can help distinguish a long-term business partner from a provider focused mainly on completing the initial formation.

Who Should Use Business Setup Services in Dubai?

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

Professional assistance can be particularly useful for:

  • First-time entrepreneurs
  • Foreign investors
  • International companies entering the UAE
  • Founders comparing mainland and free zone options
  • Freelancers and independent professionals
  • Technology startups
  • E-commerce businesses
  • Trading companies
  • Consulting firms
  • Professional service providers
  • Businesses requiring multiple visas
  • Companies establishing specialised activities
  • Companies planning to expand across the UAE

Experienced entrepreneurs may be comfortable handling some parts of the process independently, particularly when their structure is straightforward.

The important consideration is understanding which decisions require professional advice and which procedures you can reasonably manage internally.

Why Dubai Remains Attractive for Entrepreneurs

Dubai has developed into a major commercial hub connecting businesses with markets across the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe.

Its international connectivity, infrastructure, business environment and diverse economy continue to attract entrepreneurs, investors and established companies.

Businesses can operate across sectors including:

  • Technology
  • Trading
  • Logistics
  • Finance
  • Real estate
  • Manufacturing
  • E-commerce
  • Professional services
  • Media
  • Hospitality
  • Tourism
  • Marketing
  • Consulting

Dubai also offers multiple company formation routes, including mainland and specialised free zone structures.

However, greater choice also means that selecting the right structure requires careful planning.

A business that is perfectly suited to one jurisdiction may be poorly suited to another.

That is why professional advice should begin with understanding the business rather than selling a particular licence package.

Why Local Dubai Expertise Matters

Dubai’s business environment can involve different requirements depending on the jurisdiction, activity, ownership structure and type of application.

Working with a provider that understands the local business landscape can make it easier to navigate these requirements.

Local expertise can be particularly valuable when an entrepreneur needs help:

  • Comparing jurisdictions
  • Understanding licensing options
  • Identifying additional approvals
  • Preparing government documentation
  • Coordinating immigration procedures
  • Understanding office requirements
  • Preparing for corporate banking
  • Managing renewals
  • Resolving administrative issues

The objective should not simply be to obtain a licence as quickly as possible.

The objective should be to establish a compliant and practical business structure that supports the entrepreneur’s commercial goals.

What Happens After Company Formation?

Receiving a business licence is an important milestone, but it is not the end of the business setup journey.

Once the company is established, you may need to address:

  • Corporate banking
  • Accounting systems
  • Bookkeeping
  • Tax registration
  • Tax compliance
  • Employee recruitment
  • Work permits and visas
  • Business insurance
  • Commercial contracts
  • Invoicing
  • Record keeping
  • Licence renewals
  • Regulatory reporting
  • Beneficial ownership requirements
  • Industry-specific compliance
  • Government documentation

Planning these requirements from the beginning can make the transition from incorporation to active trading much smoother.

How Professional PRO Services Support Growing Companies

As a company expands, its administrative requirements can increase quickly.

Hiring employees, renewing visas, maintaining company documents, updating corporate information and completing government transactions can consume valuable management time.

A dedicated PRO service can provide administrative support while allowing internal teams to concentrate on their core responsibilities.

For small and medium-sized businesses, this can be particularly useful because they may not need a full-time employee dedicated exclusively to government liaison and administrative tasks.

Professional PRO support can therefore become an extension of the company’s administrative function.

Who Can Benefit From Business Setup and PRO Services?

Professional support can be useful for a wide range of businesses and entrepreneurs, including:

  • Entrepreneurs launching their first Dubai company
  • International investors entering the UAE market
  • Existing businesses expanding into Dubai
  • Freelancers and independent professionals
  • Startups and small businesses
  • Trading companies
  • Consulting firms
  • Technology businesses
  • E-commerce companies
  • Professional service providers
  • Companies requiring ongoing visa support
  • Businesses with frequent government transactions

The level of support required depends on the company’s size, structure, industry, workforce and administrative workload.

Company Formation Services in Dubai for International Investors

Foreign entrepreneurs can establish businesses in Dubai subject to the applicable ownership, licensing, activity and regulatory requirements.

The UAE has expanded opportunities for foreign ownership across many business activities, but entrepreneurs should not assume that every activity has identical conditions.

International investors should determine:

  • Whether the intended activity permits the proposed ownership structure
  • Which jurisdiction is appropriate
  • Whether additional government approval is required
  • What immigration arrangements are available
  • What documents must be authenticated
  • Whether a physical office is required
  • What ongoing compliance obligations may apply

Professional company formation services in Dubai can be particularly useful for overseas investors unfamiliar with UAE registration procedures.

Documents Usually Required for Company Formation

The exact documentation depends on the business and jurisdiction.

Entrepreneurs may be asked to provide:

  • Passport copies
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Proof of address
  • Proposed company name
  • Business activity information
  • Shareholder details
  • Manager or director information
  • Corporate documents for company shareholders
  • Business plans for certain activities
  • Lease or office documentation where required
  • Professional qualifications where applicable
  • Additional regulatory approvals

Documents issued outside the UAE may require specific authentication, certification or legalisation depending on the circumstances.

A professional advisor should provide a clear document checklist before the application begins.

How Long Does Company Formation Take in Dubai?

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

There is no universal setup timeline for every business.

The timeframe can vary according to:

  • Business activity
  • Jurisdiction
  • Ownership structure
  • Documentation
  • External approvals
  • Office requirements
  • Government processing
  • Immigration requirements

Straightforward applications can progress relatively quickly when all information is accurate and documents are ready.

Businesses requiring specialised approvals or complex corporate structures may take longer.

For this reason, entrepreneurs should be cautious about providers promising exactly the same setup timeline for every company.

A more reliable approach is to establish an expected timeline after reviewing the specific business activity, ownership structure and documentation requirements.

Types of Business Licences in Dubai

The appropriate licence depends on the nature of the company’s economic activity.

Common licensing categories include:

Commercial Licence

Commercial licensing is generally associated with trading activities, including certain wholesale, retail, import, export and other commercial activities.

Professional Licence

Professional licences are commonly associated with service-based businesses and professional activities such as consultancy and other specialised services.

Industrial Licence

Businesses involved in manufacturing or industrial production may require an industrial licence and additional approvals depending on the nature and scale of their operations.

E-Commerce and Digital Activities

Businesses selling products or services online may require licensing appropriate to their specific activity and operating model.

Because licensing requirements can vary significantly, entrepreneurs should verify permitted activities and approval requirements before incorporating the company.

Best Business Setup Consultants in Dubai

Do You Need Business Setup Services in Dubai?

Entrepreneurs can complete many company formation procedures directly through relevant government authorities and digital platforms.

However, professional assistance can be particularly useful when the situation involves:

  • Multiple shareholders
  • International investors
  • Regulated activities
  • Several licences
  • Employee visas
  • Complex corporate structures
  • Additional approvals
  • Mainland and free zone comparisons
  • Ongoing compliance requirements

A capable consultant should do more than process forms.

The consultant should help you understand the practical implications of each available option and choose a structure that makes commercial sense.

Choosing a Long-Term Business Partner

The best business setup company in Dubai is not necessarily the provider making the biggest promises or offering the lowest starting price.

It is the company that combines:

  • Practical knowledge
  • Regulatory awareness
  • Transparent pricing
  • Clear documentation
  • Responsive communication
  • Business-specific advice
  • Reliable PRO services
  • Post-setup assistance
  • Renewal support
  • Long-term customer service

When PRO services and corporate support are included, the relationship can extend well beyond company incorporation.

A dependable provider can become a valuable administrative partner as your business grows.

Before making your final decision, compare providers based on their experience, service transparency, industry knowledge, mainland and free zone expertise, PRO capabilities, communication, documentation support, post-setup assistance, renewal services and overall value.

Entrepreneurs establishing their first UAE company may be unfamiliar with the differences between mainland and free zone licensing, business activities, office requirements, visas and ongoing compliance.

A business setup consultant can explain these options and help create a practical formation plan before applications are submitted.

Foreign Investors

International investors may need additional assistance with document preparation, authentication, ownership structures, immigration procedures and corporate banking.

Working with a consultant familiar with international investors can help reduce administrative difficulties during the setup process.

Freelancers and Independent Professionals

Freelancers, consultants and independent professionals may have different licensing options from companies operating with employees, offices or multiple shareholders.

Before choosing a licence, independent professionals should determine whether a freelance permit, professional licence or company structure is more appropriate for their intended activities and future plans.

Startups

Startups often need to balance cost with flexibility.

A suitable structure should consider not only the initial formation cost but also future employees, investors, office requirements, banking, additional activities and potential expansion.

E-Commerce Businesses

An online business still needs to consider its actual commercial activity, licensing requirements and operating model.

Businesses selling products online may have different requirements from companies providing digital services, software or online consultancy.

Trading Companies

Trading businesses may need to consider import and export activities, product categories, customs procedures, warehousing, logistics and the location of customers and suppliers.

The appropriate licence should reflect the goods and activities the company intends to conduct.

Existing International Companies

Foreign companies entering Dubai may consider establishing a subsidiary, branch or another appropriate structure.

The best option can depend on the parent company’s objectives, ownership structure, activities and plans for operating in the UAE.

Types of Business Licences in Dubai

The business licence you need depends primarily on the activity your company intends to conduct.

Commercial Licence

Commercial licensing is generally associated with trading and commercial activities.

Depending on the approved activity, this may include areas such as buying and selling goods, distribution, import and export, wholesale or retail activities.

Professional Licence

Professional licensing is commonly associated with service-based and professional activities.

Consultancies, certain professional practices and specialised service providers may fall within this category, subject to the applicable requirements.

Industrial Licence

Companies involved in manufacturing, production or certain industrial activities may require an industrial licence.

Industrial businesses can also have additional requirements relating to premises, equipment, environmental matters, safety and regulatory approvals.

E-Commerce and Digital Activities

Businesses operating online should identify the activity that accurately describes what they sell or provide.

An e-commerce business selling physical products can have different requirements from a software company, digital agency or online consultancy.

Specialised or Regulated Activities

Certain industries require approval from specialised government or regulatory authorities.

Examples can include activities involving finance, healthcare, education, tourism, food, transportation and other regulated sectors.

This is why selecting the business activity should happen before choosing a company formation package.

Business Activity Selection: Why It Matters

Business activity selection is one of the most important decisions during company formation.

Your activity can influence:

  • The type of licence required
  • The licensing authority
  • Additional approvals
  • Office requirements
  • Permitted commercial activities
  • Visa and staffing considerations
  • Import and export requirements
  • Regulatory obligations
  • Future expansion options

A common mistake is choosing a low-cost licence first and trying to make the business fit around it.

The better approach is to define the business model first and then select the appropriate activity and jurisdiction.

If your company plans to provide several different services, discuss the complete scope with your consultant before submitting the application. Adding activities later may require additional approvals, fees or amendments.

Legal Structures for Companies in Dubai

The appropriate legal structure depends on the jurisdiction, activity, ownership and intended operations.

Possible structures can include:

Limited Liability Company

An LLC structure can be suitable for businesses with one or more shareholders, depending on the applicable jurisdiction and activity.

It can provide a formal corporate structure for businesses planning to operate, employ staff and expand.

Sole Establishment

A sole establishment may be suitable for certain individual-owned professional or commercial activities.

Its availability and requirements depend on the activity and licensing authority.

Branch of a Foreign Company

An established international company may consider a branch when it wants to operate in Dubai while maintaining a connection with the parent company.

The applicable requirements depend on the nature of the foreign company and proposed UAE activities.

Free Zone Structures

Free zones can offer different entity structures, such as establishments and companies, depending on the particular free zone.

The terminology, ownership requirements and permitted structures can differ between free zones.

For this reason, entrepreneurs should compare the actual legal structure offered by the chosen authority rather than assuming that all free zones operate in exactly the same way.

Documents Required for Company Formation in Dubai

The documents required will depend on the jurisdiction, activity, shareholders and legal structure.

Depending on the circumstances, applicants may need:

  • Passport copies
  • Identification information
  • Passport photographs
  • Proposed trade names
  • Shareholder information
  • Manager or director details
  • Application forms
  • Corporate documents for corporate shareholders
  • Business plans for certain activities
  • Professional qualifications where applicable
  • Lease or office documentation
  • External approvals
  • Authorisation documents

Foreign-issued documents may need authentication, certification or legalisation depending on the document and application.

A good consultant should provide a personalised document checklist before starting the application rather than giving every client the same generic list.

Company Formation for International Investors

Dubai continues to attract international entrepreneurs because of its international business environment, infrastructure and access to regional markets.

However, an overseas investor should consider more than simply obtaining a trade licence.

Before incorporation, international investors should understand:

  • Foreign ownership requirements
  • Business activity restrictions
  • Mainland or free zone options
  • Legal structure
  • Document authentication
  • Office requirements
  • Investor visa arrangements
  • Corporate banking
  • Tax obligations
  • Ongoing compliance
  • Future expansion plans

International shareholders may also need to provide additional corporate documentation when the shareholder is an overseas company rather than an individual.

A consultant experienced in international company formation can help identify these requirements before the application is submitted.

Foreign Ownership in Dubai

Foreign ownership is an important consideration for international entrepreneurs.

Many business activities allow foreign investors to establish ownership without requiring a traditional local partner arrangement. However, the exact rules can depend on the activity, legal structure and applicable regulatory framework.

Entrepreneurs should therefore avoid assuming that every business has identical ownership conditions.

Before incorporating, confirm:

  • Who can own the company
  • Whether the selected activity has ownership restrictions
  • Whether additional approvals apply
  • What legal structure is available
  • Whether the proposed structure supports future investors or shareholders

Ownership should be considered alongside licensing, banking, taxation and operational requirements.

Office and Workspace Requirements

Office requirements vary considerably between jurisdictions and activities.

Depending on the business, available options may include:

  • Flexi-desk arrangements
  • Shared office space
  • Serviced offices
  • Dedicated offices
  • Retail premises
  • Warehouses
  • Industrial facilities
  • Specialised commercial premises

A consultancy may have very different premises requirements from a manufacturing, retail or logistics company.

Before choosing a formation package, ask:

What type of premises does my business actually require?

Also determine whether the proposed office arrangement affects visa eligibility, licensing or future expansion.

Choosing a package based on a cheap workspace and discovering later that the business requires larger premises can create unnecessary costs.

Investor and Employee Visa Support

Company formation and immigration procedures are closely connected, but they are not the same process.

Depending on the company structure and circumstances, businesses may require:

  • Investor or partner visas
  • Employee visas
  • Dependant sponsorship
  • Work permits
  • Medical examination procedures
  • Emirates ID procedures
  • Immigration establishment procedures

Visa eligibility can depend on factors such as the jurisdiction, company structure, office arrangement and applicable regulations.

Entrepreneurs should therefore ask their consultant to explain the complete visa process before selecting a licence package.

Do not rely solely on statements such as “unlimited visas” or fixed visa numbers without understanding the conditions attached to the package.

Corporate Bank Account Opening in Dubai

A corporate bank account is an important step toward making a newly established company operational.

However, obtaining a business licence does not automatically guarantee bank account approval.

Banks conduct their own due diligence and may request information about:

  • Shareholders
  • Directors
  • Business activity
  • Source of funds
  • Expected transactions
  • Customer markets
  • Suppliers
  • Commercial contracts
  • Company documents
  • Ownership structure

A company formation consultant may assist with document preparation and coordinate the application process, but the final decision remains with the bank.

Entrepreneurs should also ensure that the company’s licensed activities accurately represent the actual business model because banks may review the consistency between the licence, business plan and expected transactions.

Tax and Accounting Considerations for Dubai Businesses

Tax planning should be considered before the company begins operating.

Businesses in the UAE may have obligations relating to Corporate Tax, VAT, accounting records and other reporting requirements depending on their activities and circumstances.

Corporate Tax

The UAE Corporate Tax framework applies to businesses that meet the relevant conditions.

The tax position can depend on factors such as:

  • Taxable income
  • Business activity
  • Legal structure
  • Jurisdiction
  • Nature of income
  • Applicable exemptions or reliefs
  • Free zone status and qualifying conditions

Being established in a free zone does not automatically mean that every form of income is outside the UAE Corporate Tax framework.

VAT

Businesses should also determine whether VAT registration applies to them.

The requirement can depend on taxable supplies, turnover and other applicable conditions.

A company should establish its VAT position early rather than waiting until after it has started generating significant sales.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

Proper accounting records help businesses monitor cash flow, profitability, expenses and tax obligations.

Depending on the company’s circumstances, professional accounting support may include:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Financial statements
  • Tax calculations
  • VAT support
  • Corporate Tax support
  • Management reporting
  • Compliance assistance

The right accounting setup should be established from the beginning.

Business Setup Costs: Initial vs Recurring Expenses

When comparing business formation companies, entrepreneurs should distinguish between the cost of establishing the company and the cost of maintaining it.

Initial Costs May Include

  • Trade name registration
  • Licence fees
  • Registration charges
  • Government fees
  • Establishment-related charges
  • Office or workspace costs
  • Visa expenses
  • Medical examination
  • Emirates ID-related expenses
  • Document attestation
  • Additional approvals
  • Professional consultancy fees

Recurring Costs May Include

  • Licence renewal
  • Office renewal
  • Visa renewal
  • Accounting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Tax compliance
  • PRO services
  • Audit where applicable
  • Government or regulatory renewals
  • Additional permits

Ask for both a first-year quotation and an estimate of the annual recurring cost.

This provides a much clearer picture than comparing only the advertised incorporation price.

How Long Does Company Formation Take in Dubai?

There is no single timeframe that applies to every company.

A straightforward application with complete documentation may progress relatively quickly, while a regulated activity, complex ownership structure or application requiring external approvals can take longer.

Factors affecting the timeline can include:

  • Business activity
  • Selected jurisdiction
  • Legal structure
  • Shareholder arrangements
  • Document readiness
  • External approvals
  • Office requirements
  • Government processing
  • Immigration procedures
  • Foreign document authentication

A consultant should provide an estimated timeline after understanding the specific business rather than promising the same turnaround time to every client.

PRO Services in Dubai: What Businesses Need to Know

PRO services can help companies manage government and administrative procedures after incorporation.

PRO, commonly referring to Public Relations Officer services, generally involves assisting businesses with government-related documentation, immigration procedures, employee processes and other official transactions.

Depending on the provider, PRO services may include:

  • Licence renewals
  • Visa applications
  • Visa renewals
  • Employee-related procedures
  • Work permit processes
  • Emirates ID-related administration
  • Immigration procedures
  • Government document submissions
  • Company amendments
  • Establishment file support
  • Document attestation coordination
  • Government approval coordination
  • Company cancellation procedures

The exact scope depends on the company and the service provider.

Why Outsource PRO Services?

Managing government procedures internally can consume considerable time, especially for small and medium-sized businesses.

Professional PRO support can help businesses:

Save Management Time

Business owners can focus on customers, employees, sales and operations instead of spending hours managing administrative procedures.

Reduce Administrative Errors

Government applications may require specific documentation and procedures. Experienced support can help identify missing information before submission.

Track Renewals

Licences, visas and permits may have different expiry dates.

A structured PRO service can help businesses monitor important renewal requirements.

Support Growing Teams

As a company hires more employees, immigration and government-related administration can increase.

Outsourcing these tasks can provide additional capacity without creating a dedicated internal administrative department.

Business Setup and PRO Services Under One Provider

Some entrepreneurs prefer to work with a provider that offers both company formation and ongoing PRO services.

This can create continuity between the initial setup and the company’s later administrative requirements.

During formation, support may include:

  • Activity selection
  • Jurisdiction selection
  • Trade name registration
  • Licence application
  • Incorporation
  • Establishment procedures
  • Visa processing

After incorporation, the same provider may assist with:

  • Licence renewals
  • Visa renewals
  • Employee procedures
  • Company amendments
  • Government documentation
  • PRO services
  • Immigration procedures

Using one provider does not automatically make it the best option, but continuity can make communication and administration easier when the provider has genuine expertise in both areas.

Who Should Use Professional PRO Services?

PRO services can be particularly useful for:

  • Startups
  • Small businesses
  • International companies
  • Companies with multiple employees
  • Businesses with frequent visa requirements
  • Companies undergoing amendments
  • Businesses with regular government transactions
  • Entrepreneurs unfamiliar with UAE administrative procedures

Larger companies may choose to maintain an internal PRO or government-relations team, while smaller businesses may find outsourcing more practical.

Why Local Dubai Expertise Matters

Dubai’s business environment includes multiple licensing authorities, free zones, regulatory requirements and government procedures.

A consultant with practical local experience can help entrepreneurs understand how these requirements interact.

Local expertise can be particularly useful for:

  • Comparing jurisdictions
  • Selecting business activities
  • Understanding licensing procedures
  • Identifying additional approvals
  • Arranging office requirements
  • Coordinating immigration procedures
  • Supporting government transactions
  • Managing renewals
  • Handling company amendments
  • Understanding local business administration

The goal should not simply be to obtain a licence quickly.

The goal should be to establish a structure that is legally appropriate, operationally practical and capable of supporting the company’s growth.

How to Choose the Best Business Setup Company in Dubai

Choosing the right consultant requires more than comparing package prices.

Check Their Business Setup Experience

Ask how longA consultant familiar with trading businesses may not have the same expertise in regulated professional activities, they have been operating and whether they have experience with companies similar to yours.

Examine Their Industry Knowledge

A consultant familiar with trading businesses may not have the same expertise in regulated professional activities, manufacturing or technology.

Choose a provider that understands your particular industry.

Ask for a Written Quotation

The quotation should clearly separate:

  • Government fees
  • Licence fees
  • Professional fees
  • Office costs
  • Visa expenses
  • Additional approvals
  • Recurring charges
  • Optional services

Check What Happens After Incorporation

Ask whether the consultant continues to provide:

  • PRO services
  • Licence renewals
  • Visa support
  • Accounting
  • Tax assistance
  • Corporate amendments
  • Ongoing administration

Evaluate Their Advice

A good consultant should explain both the advantages and disadvantages of different options.

If a provider recommends a particular free zone without first understanding your business, ask why.

The recommendation should be based on your actual requirements.

Red Flags When Choosing a Business Setup Consultant

Not every provider offering company formation services provides the same level of advice.

Be cautious when a consultant:

  • Focuses entirely on price
  • Refuses to provide an itemised quotation
  • Promises guaranteed bank approval
  • Guarantees every licence application
  • Claims every business qualifies for the same visa package
  • Recommends a free zone without understanding your activity
  • Does not explain recurring costs
  • Cannot identify the actual licensing authority
  • Provides vague information about post-formation support
  • Pressures you to make an immediate payment
  • Makes broad tax claims without considering your circumstances

A professional consultant should be willing to explain the process, costs, limitations and potential complications before you commit.

Questions to Ask Before Hiring a Consultant

Before signing an agreement, ask practical questions about both the formation process and ongoing support.

Which jurisdiction do you recommend and why?

The consultant should explain why the proposed mainland or free zone structure fits your business.

Which business activity should I select?

The answer should reflect what your company actually intends to do.

What is included in your quotation?

Ask for all government, professional, office, visa and additional charges to be clearly identified.

What will the annual renewal cost be?

The first-year price is only part of the total cost of operating a company.

Does my activity require additional approvals?

Some activities require approval from specialised authorities.

What office arrangement do I need?

Confirm whether a flexi-desk, shared office or dedicated premises is appropriate for your business.

How many visas can my company obtain?

Ask for an explanation based on your proposed structure and office arrangement rather than relying on generic promises.

Can you assist with corporate banking?

Find out exactly what support is provided and understand that final approval remains with the bank.

Do you provide PRO services?

Ask what government and immigration procedures are included and whether they are charged separately.

Can you assist with accounting and tax?

If the provider offers these services, confirm exactly what is included and whether specialist tax advice is available.

What happens after my company is incorporated?

This is one of the most important questions.

A strong long-term provider should be able to explain how it can support your company after the licence has been issued.

Company Formation for Different Business Models

The right setup can vary significantly depending on what the company does.

Consultancy

Consultants should identify the appropriate professional activity and determine whether any professional qualifications or approvals are required.

E-Commerce

Online businesses should identify the correct commercial or digital activity and consider warehousing, logistics, payment processing and customer location.

Trading

Trading companies may need to consider import, export, customs, product-specific requirements and warehouse arrangements.

Technology Startups

Technology businesses should consider intellectual property, software or technology activities, employees, investors, banking and future fundraising requirements.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing businesses typically need more extensive premises and operational planning than service businesses.

Professional Services

Professional firms may have qualification, professional approval or activity-specific requirements.

The consultant’s role is to identify these differences before recommending a formation package.

What Happens After Company Formation?

Company formation should be viewed as the beginning of the business journey.

After receiving the licence, a company may need to complete several operational tasks.

These can include:

  • Corporate bank account
  • Accounting system
  • Tax registration
  • VAT registration where applicable
  • Employee recruitment
  • Visas and work permits
  • Payroll
  • Business insurance
  • Commercial contracts
  • Invoicing
  • Record keeping
  • Licence renewal
  • Corporate amendments
  • Regulatory reporting
  • Beneficial ownership information
  • Industry-specific compliance

Planning these requirements early can make the transition from incorporation to active business operations much smoother.

Do You Need a Business Setup Consultant in Dubai?

Not every entrepreneur necessarily needs a consultant.

A straightforward business owner who understands the applicable licensing process may be able to handle parts of the formation process directly through the relevant authority.

Professional assistance becomes more valuable when the business involves:

  • Multiple shareholders
  • International investors
  • Several business activities
  • Regulated industries
  • Employee visas
  • Complex ownership
  • Mainland/free zone comparisons
  • External approvals
  • Office requirements
  • Corporate banking
  • Ongoing compliance

The purpose of hiring a consultant should not be to avoid understanding your business setup.

It should be to obtain informed guidance, reduce unnecessary administrative work and make better decisions before committing money to a particular structure.

Building a Long-Term Relationship With Your Business Setup Consultant

The relationship with a company formation consultant does not have to end when the licence is issued.

As the business grows, you may need assistance with:

  • Licence renewals
  • Additional activities
  • Office changes
  • Visa renewals
  • Employee onboarding
  • PRO services
  • Corporate amendments
  • Tax and accounting
  • New branches
  • Restructuring
  • Expansion into additional jurisdictions

A consultant that understands your company from the beginning may be better positioned to provide continuity as your requirements change.

  1. Hello M&S,

I’m looking to establish a company for my e-commerce business and would like to understand whether I can set it up from the UK, or whether I would need to be physically present in Dubai.

Could you also please explain the company formation process, rules, and regulations in Dubai?

I don’t have much knowledge about the process, so I would really appreciate some guidance on the requirements and the steps involved.

    Many thanks,

    1. Hello James,
yes you can set up your UAE e-commerce company from the UK, and you do not usually need to be in Dubai to start the process.

You will need to choose the right business license and decide between a mainland or free-zone company.

The main steps are choosing your business activity, reserving a company name, getting approval, preparing documents, and getting your license.

We can guide you through the full process and explain the requirements based on your business needs.
